Acrobatic dance specifically develops the student’s strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Students will learn the fundamentals of gymnastics without apparatus. Primarily, acro classes will consist of mat and floor elements. Yoga, Pilates and physical conditioning are also blended into the program making acrobatics ideal for reaching physical fitness and performance goals.
